Return Policy:

All Solid-State relays have an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for all postage. Please email sales for return authorization.

All of our DME products require complete disassembly and modifications to the original core DME. Because the upgrade process cannot be reversed we do not offer a money back guarantee. Every DME we sell is road tested on a stock 8-Valve late model 944 in addition to extensive bench testing. We make every effort to insure your replacement DME is fully functional and will do everything in our ability to support you in the unlikely event an issue should arise.

Warranty Policy:

Focus 9 Technology, LLC offers a 4 year standard warranty for Solid-State Relay products and 6 years for DME products beginning on the date of purchase . This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Focus 9 Technology products are designed for use in stock or otherwise unmodified vehicles. This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse, compatibility, or the failure of another part. Parts modified or installed for use other than as intended have no warranty.

 DME Core Charge Policy:

Focus 9 Technology, LLC offers an optional refundable core charge for its DME products. To qualify for a full refund, you must send in your core DME within 30 days from the date you receive your F9T DME. Your core DME must be from a late model 944 (1985.5 to 1991) equipped with an 8-valve engine.  The core must have the following components in reusable condition with good aesthetic appearance: enclosure lid, enclosure base, system connector and S100 microchip. Your refund may be prorated depending on the condition of one or more of these parts at our discretion.

Focus 9 Technology, LLC does not sell or give your information to anyone. We do store your contact information for shipping and warranty purposes. However, occasionally we may send out emails with policy updates or news regarding our products, services and events.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Focus 9 Technology, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use, misuse, alteration, or modification of its products. This includes but is not limited to, installation, towing, repairs and damages. Liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of the cost of the purchased product.
